Data protection
The purpose of this information ("Information") is to show how Pannon Group Consulting Kft. ("PGC" or "we") handles the job applications (resumes, motivational letters) it receives, either with regard to a public job application or a potential future job opportunity .

2. What are the scope of the processed data, the purposes of the data management and the legitimate interests of the data management?
PGC processes your personal data for the purpose of evaluating your job application, and in order to inform you of a job opportunity or application that matches your skills and qualifications, and to provide you with detailed information about the service you wish to use.
For the purposes defined above, PGC processes personal data that you have voluntarily made available to PGC by sending it (your CV or motivation letter, e-mail address or telephone number). Such data is the name; no; work email address; work phone and fax number; photo; permanent address; temporary address; place and time of birth; birth name; his mother's maiden name; your private phone number, private e-mail address; your previous jobs; his schools; your qualifications; your competences and experience; highest educational qualification; your diplomas; degree number; qualifications, professional courses; language skills. Personal data can also come from other sources (company register, former employer, training institution, headhunter).
In connection with your job application, we ask that you only provide us with such personal data as are necessary to fill the position advertised by us and to evaluate your job application. PGC does not request or process data that is not relevant to your application or the assessment of your suitability. Your job application may be rejected and your personal data deleted if the data provided in the application is not necessary for evaluating the job application.
PGC is entitled to verify the correctness of the data you have voluntarily provided in the context of the job application by means of public Internet research, viewing public social profiles (such as LinkedIn, Xing) or viewing public company registration data. In relation to this data management, PGC has carried out a consideration between its legitimate interests and the rights of the data subject. Based on this, the PGC determined that the verification of the veracity of the personal data provided during the job application serves to ensure the quality of the personal data, which, given the confidential nature of the employment relationship, is considered a legitimate interest of the PGC pursuant to Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. under clause (f). The position of PGC is that this data management does not disproportionately restrict the rights of the person concerned, in view of the guarantees provided by PGC. During its inspection, the PGC only takes into account data that is public or public in the public interest. PGC always informs the job applicant before making its decision regarding the application, and provides him with the opportunity to correct the personal data recorded by PGC in the context of a public inspection, as well as to object to the data management, before PGC makes its decision regarding the job application using such public data.
3. Legal bases of data management
The data management of job applications carried out by PGC is the preparation for the conclusion of a contract between PGC and the employee (on the basis of point (b) of Article 6 (1) of the GDPR). To this end, the PGC is entitled to process the personal data provided by the applicant in the application, included in the attached document and provided during the interview in accordance with the purpose of the selection. In connection with a job application, the provision of personal data is voluntary, however, if the data is not provided, it is possible that the PGC will not be able to assess your job application. In addition, PGC processes the applicant's personal data on the basis of the applicant's consent (on the basis of Article 6 (1) point a) of the GDPR, if the applicant gives PGC his consent to the further preservation of his personal data after the end of the application in relation to future tenders and for notification of such tenders. If you have provided us with your data in connection with a specific job application or a geographical area or place that interests you, then, with your consent, the data may also be used in connection with job applications, geographical areas or places other than those indicated by you. If you do not give this consent, the data will only be used in connection with the job application for which you applied to us. After the job application has been closed, the processing of personal data is governed by Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. (f) is based on PGC's legitimate interest.
4. Group of persons entitled to access personal data, data processors
PGC stores your personal data in electronic form in a central database with protected and limited access. The electronic database can be managed by specially authorized human policy administrators/recruiters of the PGC HR department, and your job application (resume) within the PGC organization can only be accessed by the department heads whose professional field the position you applied for belongs to. Except for these authorized persons, no one else has access to your personal data.
PGC will not make your personal data available to third parties unless otherwise expressly provided in our job advertisement.
5. Data security
PGC takes all necessary measures to protect your personal data and to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, accidental destruction and damage, as well as inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used.
6. Duration of data management
PGC uses your personal data related to your job application - in the event of an unsuccessful job application - after the conclusion of the recruitment procedure for the purpose of legal disputes arising from an unsuccessful application, as well as to support the legality of the procedure related to the job application (e.g. against the authorities or claims before the court, which is PGC's legitimate interest under the GDPR Based on point (f) of Article 6 (1), we keep it for a maximum of two years. After that, the personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
If you send us your CV and cover letter without reference to a specific job application, with regard to future job applications that match your qualifications and professional profile, or after an unsuccessful job application, you specifically ask us to notify you of future job applications that match your competencies, then the For this purpose, PGC processes your personal data based on your consent, until it is revoked. We keep the documentation for such job applications for a maximum period of 24 months, after which period we ask for a new consent to process your data or delete or anonymize your data. Please note that you can withdraw your consent at any time. Any withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Please notify us if there is a change in your personal data after it has been transferred, so that we can always keep your personal data up-to-date. Therefore, if at any time you consider that the processing of your personal data has ended because your application has become irrelevant, please notify us so that we can delete your data immediately.
7. Your Rights
Right to rectification: You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you corrected upon your request. Depending on the purpose of the data management, you may be entitled to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including their completion by means of a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, in which case we are obliged to comply with your request.
Right to restriction of data processing: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. In such a case, the affected data will be marked, and they can only be processed for specific purposes.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data about you that you have provided to us in a segmented, widely used, machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this personal data to another data controller without being hindered by us.
Right to protest:
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us at any time for reasons related to your own situation, if it is based on a legitimate interest. In such a case, we may no longer be able to process your personal data. If you have the right to protest and you exercise this right, we will not process your personal data any further, unless the further processing of personal data is justified by our compelling legitimate interest (e.g. legal dispute). Exercising the right to protest does not incur costs. You do not have this right if the processing of your personal data is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to fulfill an already concluded contract.
Right to complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or the place of the suspected violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
